Every time my Subaru Impreza needs any kind of service done, I'll bring it to Stevens Creek Subaru so I'd love to put a good word in for them. I would highly recommend them for any of your subaru needs, I don't know much about vehicles but whenever I bring my Impreza in, they always go over the service with me and answer any questions I might have. They're staff is very friendly and accommodating and provide excellent service. Thanks! more

Easy process 10/24/2011

My sales person was very easy going and helpful. I felt that I got a reasonable price on the vehicle I purchased and the process went pretty quickly. I wasn't hassled and didn't get any of the ridiculous sales pitches, they were honest and to the point. more

I recently purchased a 2011 Subaru Forrester from Stevens Creek and I couldn't be happier. The salesman was friendly and I never felt like he was "selling" me a car. He was personable and very informative and gave me a great price. This was the first new car I've purchased and I'm really pleased with the entire experience. more

I was very impressed with the integrity of the staff here. They didn't hassle me and showed me a wide variety of choices in my price range. I ended up getting a Subaru Outback 2011 and they even offered to show me how to setup bluetooth, garage door opening, etc. Very happy with the service. more

Great financing specials 10/10/2011

Over the weekend, I was able to buy a Subaru Impreza WRX which I've been wanting to buy for a very long time. They're even offering special financing right now for the month so I knew it was a great deal. Everyone was very helpful and I'm so glad I finally got my car! more

Very cool staff here. No pressure and no nagging and are able to answer questions about the cars in their lots! We went to a few dealerships before coming here and they didn't even no if it was stick or not! The guys here know there stuff and that's why we bought our Outback from here. more

Mark was great! He helped me work out my financing to buy a new car and got me the best possible deal. When I stopped by another dealership, I felt that I was being rushed, pushed, and that my paycheck wasn't big enough for them to help me. But when I came here Mark totally came through for me. Our experience here was awesome because of the exceptional service they provided. It was hassle-free and direct because they're very honest with you. Masood was great with us and offered a very reasonable price. So reasonable I didn't even have to haggle. To add to that Masood gave me a fair price for my trade in, which was right in the range it should have been based on the blue book. more

Great selection 9/2/2011

Stevens Creek has a great selection of vehicles. You can even look at their inventory online, which will save you a lot of time. They helped me pick out a car that was best for me and my wallet. They weren't pushy at all, they just let me roam the lot until I found the perfect car. more

Great purchase 8/23/2011

Finally I found the exact car I wanted in the exact color I loved and it's all thanks to the guys at Stevens Creek Subaru!! I've been looking for a great deal on a 2011 Subaru Forrester in dark gray and they helped me get it. Their price quote was lower than all the other dealerships I called and they were the friendliest. I had no hesitation to come in and purchase the car that day! Early October 08, I bought and 09 Forester at Stevens Creek Subaru. I was fortunate to have Mr. Massoud Mir as my salesman. Massoud is very professional and was very helpful without any pressure at all. I recommend Massoud Mir to anyone wishing to buy a Subaru. Not only did he treat my wife and I very well, we got a very good price. The whole buying experience at Stevens Creek Subaru was very pleasant, I recommend this dealership to anyone, besides they have the largest selection in the area. more

Not Your Typical Dealership 6/15/2011

I was hesitant at first to visit this dealership, but decided to give it a try after reading some of the reviews. I couldn't understand some where great and some were horrible, after visiting Capitol and Carlson, and was not happy with the experience at all I went down there. I dealt with the Fleet Manager Masood. He was great to deal with, very straightforward didn't do any of the typical fast talking that I was prepared for. The finance guy was great too, Eric. Not too pushy, explained the options available. I didn't purchase any of the offers he gave us. But he was kind enough to do a follow up call to see how the vehicle was and if we had any questions. Everything I hoped for and then some at this dealership. I suggest you deal with Masood or someone in Fleet, they are direct and too the point. more
