My experience at Premier Nissan of Stevens Creek was great 8/5/2015

The Nissan was in the shop because it was NOT put back together! 8/2/2015

The service rep and actual repair done on the car were great, BUT the "boot" was left unattached and the console scuffed on the LAST repair (completed on 7/18/2015). You had it for 10 days and didn't notice the boot & scuffs? more

Need to improve the communication with Leaf Leaser 7/30/2015

As a first time EV user, I am not very familiar with the maintenance cadence. I didn't get sufficient notice, and missed some pass due service including battery check. After this visit, I don't know when to have next one.... No car wash service, Vacuum service missed to clean my empty trunk... more

Bait And Switch 7/28/2015

They use Bait And Switch strategy. I was lured with 16500 for Nissan Altima... for pearl white and black interiors. They kept on saying it will come next week . we went for 2 to 3 times. every time they give one another excuse. finally i fell for dark blue car with 17500 price.... Without asking us, they cleverly added 5000 worth of additional contracts and service... i identified and did not buy 4000 worth of service and contracts. but fell for 900 worth of but not needed Alarm lock... finally got the car for 20,600 on road price. may be good price. But did not felt deal was fair. i may not recommend this dealer for anyone... more

Wonderful Dealership and Efficient Staff 7/28/2015

Came in knowing exactly what models I wanted to take a look at, and what features I was looking for. Employees were very professional and not aggressive or pushy, which kept the usual headache I get at dealerships at bay. I Received great financing and an overall deal on the vehicle, and I couldn't be more pleased. more

Always a good service appointment. They will let you know the cost a head of time and give out their recommendations. That is the best part about the service. Never had a bad experience with their service center. more
