I live in the US Virgin Islands and decided to buy a car in the states to save money. I found a 2006 Jeep Liberty online that I loved, and spoke and emailed back and forth with Chris several times before traveling to NC to see it. I made an appointment and although I was late I was greeted by Chris who had the car parked out front with the tags on it ready for me to test drive. He was extremely helpful, strait forward and honest and he even stayed open late to accommodate me. All of the paperwork was ready and the whole transaction took less than three hours. They not only paid for the car to be shipped to Miami, they handled the paperwork and check in at the container port. I was slightly hesitant about buying a car and shipping it without driving it for a while, so after I bought it they let me drive it around NC for a week and have it checked out by my mechanic (who said it was in excellent condition). I left with the vehicle with the exact price that it was advertised (about $3000 below KBB) and saved $800 on shipping! For those of you who are hesitant about the bad reviews online, I want to say that I had an amazing experience at Steve White Motors. Chris and Jack (manager) exceeded my expectations and I will defiantly buy my next car from them. more

A Nice Experience: My experience while lenghty was none the less a good one. About two weeks ago while I was out of town, my wife drove to this dealership and was greeted with sales personnel (Chris) who were very helpful and knowledgable. She traded in her 1997 Cadallic Deville for a 2006 Chrysler 300C series. And while I would have rather she waited until my return, they treated her professionally and with respect. Today, two weeks later, I traded in my 1998 Spyder Eclipse for a 2005 Chrysler Sebring Convertible. Again, it was a bit lenghty (the time from start to finish) but I feel I achieve a reasonable good deal and the dealership manager made whatever adjustments necessary to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase I wanted an not take some vehicle that they wanted moved from inventory. more

I was fairly particular with this purchase and had a lot of specific questions about my vehicle. Jerry and his manager, Bush, worked diligently to answer ALL (there were a lot!) of my questions in a very timely manner. They even took great care of requests I had after the sale! I travelled out to Hickory from Raleigh to pick up my Jeep, and it was well worth the trip.
