EXPENSIVE!! They performed a lot of busy work to add time onto the clock. Yes they were friendly , but it is easy to be friendly to people, when you are taking advantage of their ignorance. The final bill was a SHOCK!! There are several plumbers that can perform the same task for much cheaper. I feel like a fool. I would definitely not recommend. more

Fantastic! 6/8/2011

I just love these guys... I've used them twice now and both times they arrived ON TIME and with a smile. They may not be the cheapest around but you get what you pay for, and trust me- a plumber is not something to cheap out on! Both were absolute gentlemen... not the cliche I was expecting. The first time was an emergency call when the water hose behind my toilet came loose and flooded our bathroom. (No extra charge for the weekend service either!!!) The second was a planned (thank god!) call where they came out and gave me an estimate to have my water heater replaced. The price (and the eco rebate!) were very reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone in a pinch or needing some upgrades!!! more

Johnny on the Spot! 8/19/2009

The phone is answered by the cheery voice of ""Kelly"" who does her absolute best to get someone out as quickly as possible. More times than not, the plumber shows up BEFORE the scheduled time -- so unlike so many other services! They are professional, friendly and customer service oriented. We have a building that is VERY old and the plumbing is a challenge. Extremely happy with the service received from Steve Silva Plumbing -- would highly recommend! Pros: Quick, reliable and fair priced service Cons: None that I know of more

Sorry Service 6/24/2008

The service for this company is very bad. They show absolutely no concern when leaving a customer without water in the kitchen for 24+ hours. They are slow to get back with resolutions and will not go out of their way to ensure that a part is acquired no matter where it is. The receptionist is indifferent to the customer's issue(s). I will never recommend Steve Silva Plumbing to any of my family or friends. Pros: Haven't found any Cons: Bad service, incompetent workers, uncaring receptionist more
