Steve Harper and David have been so helpful. Being a single mother they found me the best discounts and walked me through setting up online notifications and payments options. They even helped when I needed to make a new policy when I went thru a rough time financially and had a lapse. They ways answer phone personally and have even waited late on a Friday for me so I could come in to make a payment. I also received rhe best full coverage and price. I recommend Steve Harper Allstate to anyone. In fact my son will be opening his first policy this year and my mother has used Mr. Harpers company over 4 years. more

I visit a local business on Berkmar near this Allstate office about once a week for my fitness needs. One day I decided to stop in to Allstate for a quote, and am very glad I did. I was with the same insurance company for a long time and never had anyone explain what I was actually covered for. I always assumed that what coverage I had was plenty and would work for me. When I met with Daniel at Allstate he seemed more concerned about making sure I made good coverage choices, instead of stripping the policy down to beat my current price. Of course price is important, but it stood out as a good thing that he was more concerned about educating me about insurance than just getting my money. more

I switched to Allstate when I moved here to Charlottesville. Steve has always been very gracious when assisting me with my auto insurance. I recently also purchased life insurance with their agency. more
