Good service just took longer than expected 3/5/2012

Speed up the process. We had a clean deal you named the price I said OK. Good credit 50% down and it still took 3 hours. That doesn`t make sense. Love the car. I appreciate Steve and Patrick. I`ll be back. more

Fun and Easy! 1/18/2012

We had a wonderful experience at Sterling McCall. Patrick and Jesse were very help during the buying process. They took time to make sure all of our questions were answered. Sometimes purchasing a vehicle is not fun-can be painful even... but I can honestly say our purchase at Sterling McCall was very FUN and EASY!! I LOVE my new JUKE!! more

Easy fix thanks to Service team! 3/9/2011

I am very appreciative of the Sterling McCall Team. I brought my Titan in for a recall and asked Rey Qui (Service Advisor) to check on my airbag light. Rey came back quickly and admitted that it was a situation caused by an earlier repair done at the dealership and he would put me in a rental and fix the problem and apologized. Honesty will always bring loyalty! Thank you. more

I appreciated this dealership letting me take each of the 2 vehicles I was considering buying home overnight to see which one I liked best. The salesman I worked with, Stuart Mitchell, was really good, as was the manager of the dealership. It was the best car buying experience I'd had thus far. more

Dependable and Friendly 9/29/2005

I own a 2004 Nissan Quest which is still under warranty. I have to say that the staff at Sterling McCall are always friendly and helpful when I have a problem. They are even courteous when I keep coming back because I have bad luck!! The staff are friendly also in the body repair office. They were so helpful when I had my car accident and managed to get me in a rental car without too much hassle! more
