Wow. This dealership had multiple opportunities to take advantage of me both in sales and in service. THEY DID NOT TAKE A SINGLE ONE! I am a sales reps nightmare. Skeptical and distrusting till the bitter end. Mike in Service and Brandon in Sales earned enough trust that i would send my 84 year old widowed grandmother to them ALONE. One of the best experiences I have had 4/21/2011

This was one of the best experiences I have had buying a car.I originally stopped to compare cars, but ended up driving away with a new one. I especially appreciated his knowledge and patience in dealing with me. I have already suggested Sterling Chevy to several friends who may be looking for cars soon....Thank you more

I HATE BUYING CARS!!! 4/8/2011

Let me begin by saying I went to Sterling Chevrolet ready to do battle........I didnt need to. What a refreshing experience. Omar Hernandez is a real PRO! Omar knew his product and they have all their prices on the windows of the new cars. The No Dicker Sticker, not only did they have the prices marked but they were alot better than the prices at the other 5 chevy dealerships we went to. Mario the manager was great and Sarah the finance manager took care of our paperwork and got us a great price on the warranty and the financing. A GREAT place to buy a car! more

We went in just to look for cars, and right off found what we were looking for and it was at a great price. There was no pressure to buy. We took it for a test drive. As we were pre-approved, everything went very smoothly. We were in and out in just about 2 hours. Everyone was very friendly and we were very comfortable while we were there. I love this place I will return in the future for another purchase. more

I came in about two weeks ago to take a look at the collection of cars that they that they had. I wasn't quite sure if I was going to purchase a car that day but when the salesmen greeted me and showed me a couple of cars only 2 hours later I was able to find the car that match exactly what I wanted. This place is great everyone is so friendly and they make you feel very comfortable here. more

as someone who uses the dealership services frequently, I get a monthly coupon flyer usually including a 15% off repairs over $100 or something similar.  I guess I just really like the feeling of having a long-term experience, kind of like finding a doctor, dentist, hair stylist, or dry cleaner that you really trust.  In the end, I don't feel like I am paying more than the average person for maintenance and repairs. more

Very rarely has this entailed the whole ""shebang"", but usually includes some maintenance recommendations, telling me what to look out for down the road.  I can't say enough about having someone available that I trust when things seem a little off with my car.  I would highly recommend talking to Chris to schedule maintenance or repairs - if needed, he will explain things in a clear and respectful manner and doesn't take advantage of customers. more

Truthfully, though, there are a lot of places to get decent oil change service around here.  This place has really stood out when I have had other issues with my car (ie, an odd noise, check engine light, remote start not working, etc).  Over the four or five years that I have been coming here, I have really come to trust the opinion of the service manager, Chris.  In each of these instances (two or three times over the years), someone has looked at the car, Chris has called to explain to me what the findings are, and then gives me the recommendation of what he would do if it was his wife's car. more

I first started using this service department to fulfill a Chevy service package I bought with a previous, leased car that I owned.  This entailed mostly oil changes and tire rotation.  They are open on Saturdays and took appointments (which Koon's in Tysons Corner did not).  I was usually the first appointment of the day, would get straight in and out in less than 30 minutes. more

I bought my car here a few years ago, had a good experience, got a good price.  But the bulk of my experience here and my review have to do with the service department.  Dealership service departments in general have a bad reputation, so I wanted to take a moment to share my positive long-term experience. more
