Worst customers service. This firm takes your case and then doesn't contact you. It's like pulling teeth to get information. And then if the case is not going well (basically if they fill it is not enough money for them to be going to court for ) they drop you. \r
\r
And they lie about it. They had me sign a form which they told me would end the case and end them being my lawyer. They said if I wished to go and get another lawyer and continue the case that they wish me the best of luck.\r
\r
But all it did was make it where I suddenly was my own lawyer and now getting all the letters from the opposing lawyers.\r
I finally did get another lawyer and his first response-- was ah.... Colby... This firm does this alot. \r
\r
But the way that Colby had left it... I'm basically screwed is what this one lawyer is telling me. But that he will work with me and basically be a 'witness to my exacustion' by this other firm. \r
\r
They never tell you that you have to pay the other peoples bills (for the lawyer and court cost) if you loose the case- but guess what - you do... \r
\r
All this for me just being in a car accident... and I , just the passenger of the car that was crashed in to. \r
Sound like justice to you?
Pros: The office was close to my house
Cons: ambience is below standard- felt like you were entering a portal class room at school
