Stenz, Michael, Dvm - Enfield Animal Hospital

Good: Took the time to actually build a coffin for my dog who they've seen for almost 20 years when she had to be put down. Always saw all of my pets (2 dogs, 3 cats, 3 rabbits) as soon as possiable.. Bad: n/a. Improvements: Maybe some more compassionate receptionists. Sometimes they were busy and frustrated and I could tell. Everyone is human though :). Other: I wish I still lived in the US so I could still see this vet with my guinea pigs.. more

I felt compelled to comment. I have 3 pets at the moment who are part of our family. The drs and staff at Enfield Animal Hospital have been nothing but caring, honest and completely accommodating to the point of bending over backwards for me and my animals for the 7 yrs I've been bringing them there. My hamster (yes I said hamster) was walking around like she was hurt and I didn't know where to turn for such a small animal. They, on a SATURDAY, told us to come right in now and checked her out!! Recently, my 1 yr old cat has been having problems that they are totally on top of and in constant contact with me about to figure out. I am so highly impressed with all of them and am so grateful to them for the time, talent and dedication! Their staff has also always been so friendly with me! I have nothing but praise and respect for all the drs and staff there! more

When my cat developed a blockage they had me come right over even though I had never been there before. (My other vet was "too busy".) Not only did they save his life, they called me every day for about a week to check on his progress. THEY WERE SIMPLY GREAT (and affordable). That was five years ago and everyone there is so friendly and helpful, I have only the best recommendation to give. more

I have had nothing but a bad experience with this vet since moving into the area recently. You can be certain I am searching for another. They are just too busy to accommodate an ailing pet. Furthermore, they are not even nice about it. Attitudes are plenty there if that happens to be what you are looking for. My cat was treated by them and when she did not recover as anticipated, they would NOT see her right away, even though she was quite sick and wheezing, etc. Like I said previously, it might not be so bad if their attitudes weren't so awful. Can't wait to find a new vet like the one I moved away from. This place isn't even for the birds. more

I recently moved to Enfield and was distraught that I was leaving my vet (30 mins away). I love my cats, they are my children. I had received a recommedation from some individuals about this animal hospital, so I decided to go and check it out. I was SO IMPRESSED! They were so professional, genuine and did an amazing job treating my "children." The doctors I have worked with have been so wonderful and I totally trust them with my pets 110%. more
