AC Maintenance 5/8/2014

I have used Stedfast for several years and I would have to give everyone with the company a 5 star rating thus far. For this particular service; the dispatcher was friendly and courteous while arranging my service call. She even called to let me know that the service tech was 10 min out. Keith S. was the tech and he did a superb job. He was very friendly, cleaned up after himself, and efficient in all that he did. Thumbs up, Stedfast for hiring great employees! more

Sean Love of Steadfast Heat & Air recently serviced my air conditioning units. He called in advanced to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. He was very professional and competent in servicing my units. Sean was very informative about the services that he was providing and the condition of my units.
