Jeremiah S came to my house - on time - and checked out my gas heating unit and cleaned my Clean Air unit. He seemed very knowledgeable and had a good personality. He was done pretty quickly. more

Annual service contract 3/19/2016

Stedfast service tech, Will, was on time and polite. Hardly knew he was on the property. Scheduling the appointment with Lisa was also a pleasant experience. We've had a maintenance contract with Stedfast for several years and I think it has been money well spent. more

Stedfast Heat and Air 2/13/2016

Chris S. and Lisa S, were both very helpful during this service visit. Chris highlighted that my unit is using an old refrigerant that will expensive to fix in a few years and my blower is pulling way to many AMPS and could stop working at any time. Lisa S. help by setting up my service visit and also setting up consult for an estimate on a new system. Stedfast Service Review 12/17/2015

We have had a great working relationship with Stedfast for several years and currently have a maintenance contract on our 2 geothermal units which gives us the peace of mind knowing the units will be checked twice a year. This is a great service arrangement. All of the technicians are very helpful and easy to work with. more

They were scheduled between 11 and 2; he called me and wanted to know if he could come a little early. Wore bootees in the house, checked outside unit and changed the filter. Fast and friendly. more
