Bad customer service, Hidden costs, Doesn't follow through w/ promises 5/29/2008

I was very pleased with the service & professional attitude of the men who cleaned my carpets. However, the secretary needs to work on her attitude. When I called back to schedule my ""courtesy clean"" she said there would be a $45 charge. When I asked why, she said it was b/c it was not with in 15 days of the first cleaning. I told her that I was not aware of that & maybe it wasn't explained to me or something. She snapped back ""Yes it was! And it's right there on your sheet!"" Funny, she wasn't there when things were explained to me so how would she know. I decided against the ""courtesy clean"" & will just have to deal w/ the spots they missed under my furniture. I don't recommend this company now that I've dealt w/ this woman. Don't bother w/ this company. Find a company that actually treats their customers with respect & will actually follow though with their promises! Pros: Very nice cleaning staff, Very clean carpets, Fair initial price Cons: Bad customer service, Rude secretary, Hidden costs, Doesn't follow thru w/ promises more
