A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY, TO MUCH WILL KILL YOU!!!!! WOW the abundance of perfume our server wore mixed with the smell of smoke on her breath was a turn off even in the open air of the patio, not to mention her bad attitude and poor service, she made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to her night, each person in our group took turns getting up to go buy rounds at the bar. We would defiantly return but maybe next time sit at the bar where we can get service and a smile from staff that really seems to make you feel welcome more

In addition to the food being sub-par and expensive spending over $100 at the restaurant, the owner, Michael Wystrach berated us for asking to use our Groupon for the purchase price of a measly $15 (not the promotional price). After the expiration date, Groupon fine print allows the business at their discretion to honor the full promotional value OR the purchase price. We emailed him with the fine print sharing how we were disappointed in our recent visit and just wanted to rectify the situation. He wrote back that maybe in the future we should avoid getting ""anything for an expiration date including but not limited to milk, eggs, coupons, gift cards, drivers licenses, or credit cards"" and that we should quit blaming others for our own problems. I will NEVER spend money with a business owner that acts like this to our family who spend money at his establishment. You shouldn't either. more

I throw a surprise Birthday party for my wife a few weeks ago and it went over amazing. Thanks Lisa for all your help. We had the private dining room all to ourselves with no room charge on a Sat. night. We had an amazing waiter who kept the drinks coming. Food was great and our out of town guest said it was the best steak they have ever had. We stayed till closing dancing in the bar. If you are looking for a place for a private party this is your place. more

We were just there this weekend and had an amazing time. I read the other negative review before our visit and I was a little nervous. I have to say we were very pleasantly surprised. The food was great, service was amazing and music was a lot of fun. I don't know what happened to the others but I strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a good time and amazing food. I got the T-Bone and my wife got the ribs. Also the waiter hard sold us on the margarita, and let me tell you they are ""World Famous"" for a reason. more

So this was our (family of four) first visit to this steakhouse. We arrived at 5:45pm on a Tuesday and there was no hostess at the station. When the hostess did come she asked ""Do we have a reservation?"" We told her no and she looked like we were nconviniencing her. She never welcomed us into the establishment. \r \r When I saw the menu, I was disappointed and at the same time thrilled. Disappointed at the prices but thrilled because high prices at a steak house usually mean great service and food. \r \r Our waitress came to the table, didn't have a nametag on and forgot to introduce herself. She took our drink order while we looked over the menu. Nine minutes later she came back with our drinks and took or order. \r \r The side salad was served in a very small bowl that was plastic made to look like wood. The bowl was so narrow at the base that everytime you tried to get salad with your fork the bowl would topple. I had t hold the bowl with one hand. \r \r The entrees came 32 minutes after we ordered them. Unfortunately, during the time between ordering and being served we never received a drink refill. \r \r Three of us got sandwiches and one of us got the $25 T-bone. The burgers and the chicken sandwich were ordinary and not worth writing home about. Nothing special, as a matter of fact, the same items at Chilies are less expensive and taste much better. The steak was fairly large but was nothing you couldn't get at the local supermarket. It most definately was not Prime...more like Choice. We did get a drink refill when our food was brought.\r \r After we were done the waitress cleared our table and asked if we wnated desert. We declined and our check was brought. The price was high (> $85 including tip) for three sandwiches and a steak with no appitizers. \r \r The mens restroom was dirty. There was urine on the floor at the urinal section and the trash was overfilled with paper towels. \r \r We will never return as the customer service was poor and the food marginal. As one of the persons responsible for sending hotel guests to eat off property I will never recommed this esatablishment to our guests. I know great customer service and this was not it. Hostess lost our name for seating. Baby back ribs could not be cut with the steak knife. Reorder was NOT baby back ribs and tough. Very noisy atmosphere. Pros: Fair service Cons: Poor quality control more
