I have been ?working out? for years. I joined Balleys in Richardson, Curves Downtown Dallas, Sunstone Yoga in Dallas, Suzie Curtis Yoga in Addison, Pilates twice a week Downtown, The Girls Room Striptease dance class on Greenville ave ( ok does that one count? ) and even tied walking on weekends with my Husband. I am sure I have done more than these I can think of off the top of my head, but here?s the point? I just COMMITTED TO a 2 week program at Stayoung Fittness Personal Trainer and Personal Performance training gym in Frisco. The DIFFERENCE is the COMMITMENT!!!! The first thing they asked when I asked about their ?program? was ? when WAS the last time you were a size 8?? Seriously, I had to think. So I thought what the heck I?ll drive to Frisco, what have I got to lose off of my size 14 but SIZE? Well on the first day, I found out I really had NEVER WORKED OUT LIKE THIS BEFORE!!!! This is a goal ,not a gym. You set a goal, you commit, they hold you accountable for your time, your food intake, your nutrition, heck, they will even cook the food for you, if that is what it takes. OK, so I am on day THREE and have to tell you this time it is going to work, I have a fitness goal, a fitness program, a fitness team, a personal trainer, a yoga teacher, a kick boxing teacher, a group training program and a chef? but the difference here is I have an accountable GOAL! Don?t ?dream big?, set goals ( something with an actual check point) for great results, because they are not kidding, at Stayoung fitness and personal trainer, training in Frisco there are no excuses here, just results!
Pros: You are now accountable for results! Are you ready?
Cons: only one in Frisco , but worth the drive
