I heard about this company from someone who took advantage of the 2 for 1 deal thru the ACCESS BOOK. When I talked to them about what their details involve, I went out and bought the ACCESS book so I could get both cars done! Service to the customer is absolutely first rate. Other appt. only detail guys didn't return phone calls for up to two weeks!! Your car will be totally dog hari-free and looking like new when they are finished! more

Everything about my experience was great. I was so pleased with the results I had to phone 3 friends on the drive home to recommend SSAD. My car had not had a detail since I bought it (5 years ago) and I have a 1 and 3 year old who take their toll not to mention 2 dogs (one of which is 150 lbs and slobbers)who ride in there constantly. more

I had both of my cars detailed and they did a fantastic job. My truck had a strange odor for YEARS, and they used some magic product the the odor is totally eliminated! Highly recommend. more

I did the buy one get one free deal through Santa Barbara Axxess. This made the price per car much less than any of the local competitors. Sadly, as the customer, you have to pay for this value. When I scheduled the appointment I was under the impression that both of the cars would be done the same day. This was not the case and at around 3:30pm I was told that he could only do one car that day. This was strange to me because I am fairly certain that I was his only customer that Sunday. So, that following week I had to make arrangement to get a ride to work and all of that fun stuff. Picking up my second car that following week was a pain. Because the detailer only does one car a day he went home at 3:00pm and I had to call one of his friends in the area to pick up my car. This was also a hassle because the person I talked to had no idea what was going on and I had to explain the whole situation. Fifteen minutes later I finally got my car. I also was not impressed with the quality of the detailing. Even though I took all of my stuff out of the glove compartments and center console they were not even touched. My windshield in worse shape than when I dropped it off. It was covered in smudges and took me over 20 minutes to buff it out when I got home. And finally, the harsh chemicals that the detailer used made me want to choke for the two following days after I picked it up. I had to drive with the windows down just so I could breath (which streaked the windows horribly). Overall, bad product and bad service do not make up for the good price. more

Rob Birkla provided excellent customer service and attention to our needs!!! Not only was he willing to listen to our personalized needs - He was very considerate of our time. He even informed my boyfriend of the time my car was finished (he too was getting his SUV detailed)so he could drop off his vehicle. more

I had ordered my 2010 Camaro SS nine months before it was received. My dream car - the thought of one day owning drove me through college - was finally here. A month and a half later, I walked out to be greeted by a key mark running along the driver's side, from mid-door to tail light. Devastated, I called State Street Auto Detail and I was able to set up an appointment THAT week. The service was extremely friendly, quick, and I could not have been happier with the results. I received a gift certificate to State Street Auto Detail. I was very impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. They were able to remove the stubborn stains on my seat and carpet. The exterior was a night and day difference. The minor scratches, along with a blemish on my bumper, were totally gone. I will be returning to have my car detailed again and would recommend State Street Auto Detail to everyone. more

We found State Street Auto Detail on the Axxess card, our local affiliation in Santa Barbara. We had State Street do 2 cars for us: One car got an interior detail and exterior wash and the other got an exterior wash and wax. We got a good deal through our Axxess membership, so it was inexpensive. I liked that it was easy...you just drop the car off or they take it and call you when it is ready. They also were willing to do the work on a Saturday, which we appreciated. They did a good job for a good price. Mark & Beth more

The was my first experience with State Street Auto Detail and my car got "the works." I sent my car in looking one way and it came out just as I expected...they did a good job.
