If I could give no stars I would. WARNING TO POTENTIAL AND CURRENT CUSTOMERS! You're personal information is not safe with these people. My BF "supposedly" owed a couple hundred dollars on a bill from a few years back. No notices, phone calls, nothing on this to him, so he was not aware. His brother just happens to be a business client of theirs, and they had the nerve to tell him they were going to threaten my BF with filing a warrant against him. Not only that, they broke the Privacy Policy by giving my BFs personal information about that "bill" to his brother. His brother has no authority on that account. And still no proof of this old bill!! I'm calling my Attorney General, the FTC and BBB today. more

Good service from State Line! 11/3/2010

Unlike the other reviewers, I have always enjoyed good service from State Line. I have never run out of oil and they have never tried to upsell me on service. Allison in customer service is sharp, attentive, and good natured. I'd bet that there are more happy customers but as always, the unhappy ones are more motivated to tell the world. more

Extremely Bad Customer Service 7/25/2010

I just had a very bad experience with their AC service. I set up my yearly service. I was charge for a service call after the 1st service call could not be completed due to cold weather. he couldn,t check the coolant level in the system. I called to have it checked a a few weeks later and was charged for the visit. When I spoke to the service manager, he refused to reverse the charges and was extremey rude. more

The Worst Experience 5/21/2010

Worst experience with any company in 30 years...They ripped me off over a year ago and am still upset about how totally uncaring, unprofessional and unscrupulous they were...I am not surprised that no comments are good...they do not believe in fulfilling their promises or obligations and really seem to care less about what people think. Stay away. more

Deceptive business practices - stay away 4/9/2010

Stay away from State Line Oil, they are deceptive and ignore complaints. I would never use them again. more
