They said someone would meet me at the Inn entrance to help me with my bags.....untrue....3 trips to the 2nd floor. They said someone would drive my car to the parking lot.......untrue. When I left the next morning to get my car to load up, I came back to find the front door to the Inn locked. I called the Inn, they said someone would be there in 5 min.....untrue. 20 mins later and 2 phones later still no one had come. Finally, someone who was staying at the Inn showed up and let me in. I missed my flight. No one should pay to stay here.
