In businesses today, it's hard to find a company who treats costomers with sincere appreciation. In conversations with many businesses, especially where I live, I have been disrespectfully treated and made to feel unworthy as a customer. I must say that it is a breath of fresh air when you meet someone who still regards the customer to a high degree. I am a business student and recently needed to conduct an interview with a manager. Being a customer of State Farm insurance company, I emailed an agent, Mr. Frank C. Manning III and asked for a phone interview, he accepted. I was surprised, I expected he would be too busy. He spoke like a very patient, easy-going man, whom I could tell believed in honesty and integrity. Very rare these days. He gave me an hour of his time just to help me with my project. A selfless act, I thought. He offered to help with any information regarding school that I may need in the future. I have been with Frank Manning's agency at State Farm for about two years and they have always conveyed a cheerful spirit and their rates are cheaper than other insurance companies I've been with.
