Best insurance company! This company is prompt and professional. When I called for the first time they explained every piece of the recommended benefits. I had no idea that i was under insured, I thought I had full coverage but realized some things wernt covered. Then explained my discounts and showed me how to get more savings. I highly recommend this company!!!! more

An Agent Who Actually Helps 3/4/2011

I had been with my old agent for about 15 years and no longer trusted their service. With Youkie I discovered a whole new world of customer service!! A great example: I forgot my insurance card and was trying to rent a truck. Youkie's team emailed a copy of my insurance to the truck rental on the spot. They answer every question quickly and accurately. I am so thrilled with the service that I created an account here to rave about her. more
