These guys were absolutely pathetic, and then afterwards they treated me like I was a convict. They gouged my walnut flooring and I watched the guy drag the chair across it. I ran to stop him but it was too late. So I took pics and they wouldn't accept blame. They broke a ceiling fan, a large handmade pottery piece and damaged my custom made chandelier. They also scratched some very nice stereo cabinets. I took out the best insurance they have, made the claim and took pictures. I turned it into a powerpoint and got quotes on replacement/repair cost. They refused to acknowledge any blame. I had an attorney contact them and filed a complaint with the BBB. They refuted it and ignored me. I cannot believe they treat people this way. My advice, steer way clear of this sham company.
