Horrible In Every Way 4/3/2012

Just had the carpet cleaned by them. They were only there 30 minutes to clean the entire carpets in the house after being nearly an hour late. Did not remove any stains as they said they would, left stripes in the carpets and did not move any furniture. I called the office to address these issues and got cursed out by the owner. Shortly after that the technician called any cursed me out and threatened me and said he ""knows where I live."" These thugs need to be out of business. They don't live up to anything advertised on their website. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING unless you have money to throw away. more

Fraud! Scam! Avoid! 2/1/2012

Stars and stripes carpet cleaning has a Fraud Alert with the BBB. The owner has a Felony record from scamming and elderly woman out of $143,000.00. He also had a brush with the law from passing bad checks and credit card fraud. Dont use this company! Tell your Friends. more

Paul suggested the right services for our carpets (pet problems). And he did an excellent job cleaning! I usually steam clean them myself but they had gotten too bad and my efforts were not working.
