Starfish Radiator might change the name to Clownfish Radiator. Simple and straightforward inquiries receive vague and evasive responses. The owner proudly states that he has 30 years of experience working on radiators and a/c systems, yet he seems mystified when confronted with issues that could be handled with ease by a junior grease-monkey. The owner's method of operating is to create the appearance of doing impossible amounts of work while, in fact, doing practically none. While I was the only customer sweating away on a molded plastic chair in the locker he calls the waiting room and there was only one car in the shop (mine), he explained to a telephone caller that he had no time to speak because ""...things were really crazy here."" Crazy? The place was as quiet as a funeral parlor. When asked by a customer about the ""work"" that was just completed, he offered a superficial explanation with an attitude suggesting that a more complete one would be too confusing, as if he were working on the Space Shuttle and not a Ford. If it's customer service you want, go elsewhere.
