Buyer Beware! 7/24/2016

Starcom was deceptive, and made many mistakes before work ever started. No work was ever done and Starcom used a clause in their contract to "opt out" of the job. They walked away from the contract keeping our $9500 deposit. It is disturbing that company's like this can operate so unprofessionally. We have filed a formal complaint with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission and also plan to further litigate this matter. Penelope & Brian Kroeger more
