Brilliant Curry! 5/22/2006

I do not agree with the other two review's, are they talking about the same place?! I think the Star of India is a very good resturant and is very cheap! And please believe me 'cos I am Brittish and everyone knows the Indian food in the world comes from the UK. Delicious food, great service, very friendly and cozy! Go there with my family once a week, love the place! more

A costly place 8/16/2005

If you are light on your wallet, avoid this place. They are priced exotically for the food and sweets that they sell. Their service might be good but when compared to the price they charge at the end of the dinner or lunch you will feel that it is mandatory. I would not recommend this place to my friends, as there are a whole lot of other Indian restaurants in the vicinity. more
