Since one star was the lowest rating available to give on this review I was forced to give this company at least one star. I will say that should we have known exactly what we know now about this company, as much as we like the house we rented and our landlord, we would have run the other way as fast as possible! Rude doesn't even begin to describe the people in this company. They do not return calls in a timely manner, they are less then caring and concerned about the well being of renters and act as if they are doing YOU a favor if they bring paperwork to you. No matter how much we like our rental, the landlord and neighborhood, when our lease has ended we will be moving just so we do not have to deal any longer with this property management company. If you are considering rentals in this area, do yourselves a favor, with as many available homes for rent, go to any other company then this one! more

Dont make the same mistake I did and list your house with them to sell, they will take your money and you get nothing. Jeffrey, shame on you preying on the underdog and you have the gaul to drive around in a Rolls Royce. You are a liar and a thief, and remember KARMA, its a *****. Payback comes to those who rip off others. And rentals, would not touch one if you paid me to live there. How do you sleep at nite! I HAVE BEEN RENTING FROM STAR ONE REALTY SINCE I MOVED HERE FROM CONNECTICUT. MY MOVE WASN'T TOO GOOD & MY EXPERIENCE WITH FLROIDA IN GENERAL HAS BEEN DIFFICULT BUT START ONE REALTY AND THE STAFF THERE HAVE ALWAYS HELPED ME IN ANY WAY THEY COULD. KAREN IS A WONDERFUL, CARING SOUL. I LOVE HER TO DEATH. IRIS, ELLEN (NO LONGER THERE) LINDA, DEBBIE ECT.... THEY HAVE ALL BEEN GREAT TO ME OVER THE YEARS. I AM LOOKING TO MOVE INTO A 4 BEDROOM AND IF STAR ONE DOESN'T HAVE ONE AVAILABLE TO ME I WILL BE VERY SAD TO HAVE TO LEAVE THEM. I HOPE TO BE ABLE TO STAY WITH KAREN. I RENTED FROM STAR ONE REALITY AND HAD A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE. DEBBIE WILL SMILE IN YOUR FACE AND RIP YOU OFF AS FAST AS SHE CAN. MY MOM PASSED AWAY AND I ASKED HER FOR ANY KIND OF HELP BREAKING MY LEASE (I AGREED TO FORFIET MY DEPOSIT AND PAY TWO MONTHS RENT) AND SHE CALLED THEIR LAWYERS. I MOVED IN JANUARY AND CONTINUED TO PAY RENT TILL MY LEASE HAD BEEN FULLFILLED, ONLY TO LOSE MY WHOLE DEPOSIT ON SOME BOGUS CHARGES. OH AND THEN I OWED THEM $50 MORE ON TOP. I WILL NEVER GET ANY MONEY BACK, ( WHICIH I HAVE AT EVERY PLACE I HAVE LIVED) BUT HOPE THAT MY SUFFERING WILL PREVENT SOMEONE ELSE'S.
