They were not able to fix my issue and told me to get help from a computer repair shop, since they do not deal with such issues. The issue was with a Blue Screen Of Death and i got it resolved without their or anyone's help by following a google article at http://appuals.com/blue-screen-of-death/ - I would never go their again!! more

Best store around for office supplies 6/10/2010

I think the other reviewer is over-reacting. The computer service is but one small part of Staples. Even there my experience has been good. They fixed one computer I took to them that wouldn't boot up. Another computer I took in they said that they could fix it but it would cost quite a bit. So they diagnosed it and didn't charge me anything for that. Since it was a 5 year old computer anyway, I decided to get a new one. Pros: They have everything, always lots of knowlegable help Cons: None more

Best office store that I know!!! 6/30/2005

Staples has everything! I go there every fall to buy school supplies for my classroom. The aisles are very organized and employees are floating around and available to answer questions. They have great sales and a teacher rewards program! Go check it out!!! more
