Bad experience all around. I got the wrong prescription twice. Then when I finally get the right one, they order the wrong contacts twice. I would avoid this place at all costs. A manager from another store got involved once and you know what? Just as bad.
Luckily I was able to reverse the transaction from visa because standard optical DOES NOT issue refunds, even it they can not get your order right.
Pros: Visa reversed the transaction for me
Cons: poor exam, poor customer service, no refunds
