Overall, good experience. Not all items on closing punch list we had were agreed to fix, but high priority issues were; we were pleased with that. Response of subs to issues we've had (flooring, electrical) has been VERY good...especially electrician! Only major issue we've found with house since closing and 1 year warranty expiration is a settling in the master bedroom causing severe ""bounce"" in the floor when you walk on it leading to vases, pictures, TV in cabinet in bedroom to shake/rattle with the slightest of steps...also, can feel areas where top of subfloor had large gouges not filled in; can feel holes under carpet/padding when walking barefoot in bedroom. Otherwise, good quality so far!
