Our real estate agent recommended that we use Staged to Sell when we put our house on the market. She has made my old, 1950's house into a modern day marvel, on my budget and with my taste. I don't know what I would do without her and staged to sell. I've used to her to stage clients' homes and she's fantastic. She's able to work with almost any budget and works with the time parameters to get the job completed on time. She's very thorough with her preview/evaluation and it comes with a complete report, descriptions and pictures. Kym has a staff of people to move, bring in furniture if need be, and even wash windows, paint, etc. I'm always amazed at the finished product.
