Worst drycleaner ever. Ruined my favorite $$$ dress and another dress and offered no compensation/solution. I was patient and nice but the man was rude and claimed no responsibility as ""he did not remember what condition the dress came back in"". One dress, the elastic was gone so it does not stay on the bodice at all (and he claimed elastic loosens over time but it was fine when I brought it in!) and the fuschia dress has a layer of pale blue chemicals on it. The other $$$ dress was ruined with an uneven hem, the dress shrunk and the lining is showing. He claims the lining ""loosened"". I was cordial but was not even given an apology. I'm thinking about reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and also filing a lawsuit (my sister is an attorney). more

Awful. The place looks like a dump and the man is a jerk. I picked up 12 button-down shirts that smelled musty afterward they ""dry cleaned"" them and were unwearable. So, I brought them back, explained the situation and he proceeded to say he couldn't smell the mustiness and that the shirts go straight to the launderer. He was nasty throughout the whole conversation, scoffing and treating me like I was trying to pull one on him. I'm not one to be fussy and return things for no reason but they did not do their job properly and on top of that the customer service was terrible. There are PLENTY of other dry cleaners in Baltimore City, I would not recommend this one. more

A week ago, I brought them a dress to be dry cleaned. Today, I took it out from the plastic cover and realized it still smelled in the armpits--just as bad as it did when I dropped it off. I hadn't yet had this dress dry cleaned, so I concede it might be a problem with the textile fabric itself... but it seems possible they didn't even dry clean the item; they might have simply ironed it, since other than the smell, it was already quite clean. more

Great Service! Everytime I walk into this place I feel welcomed. The Owner is very nice and helpful. I go there all the time and will be a returning customer as always. As I was reading the other review, I always get my alterations done there and they turn out great. The best in town!!!!!! more

I brought two shirts there for a simple alteration (shortening). One of them turned out alright, but the hem on the other was done very poorly (uneven and some double stitched segments). I asked that they redo it, but when I came back a couple days later, the guy told me it was the best the seamstress could do (it looked like no attempt was made to fix the hem line). I wasn't offered any refund either. more
