The physician's are great! But some of the office staff is rude & unorganized. As the customer, I was not pleased with the way things were handled when my son had an office visit & they insisted my insurance was inactive, therefore would not see him...only to find out that his insurance was indeed active. No apology was ever made to their incompitence & disorganization; however, there were sure to tell me something that I already knew. I'll chalk this one up as a mistake (on their part), but next time will not be a mistake and I will seek another physician for my children. Will be doctor's loss due to poor staffing.
Pros: Great physican care & acceptable waiting time.
Cons: Lack of parking & unfriendly, not so cheerful office staff.
