A True "Family" Eye Doctor 7/18/2011

Comprehensive eye exam (they did a more thorough exam for my son than Nemours did!) Caring. Friendly. Never rushed. Always takes time to explain things and answer all of your questions. It's almost disappointing that we only get to see them once a year. more

Let me start by saying that the staff is really great and very nice. With that being said, unfortunately I did not have a very good experience at my last appointment. I am not sure what went wrong because this is the first time this happens to me. I have been a patient for many years. On Saturday went to my appointment and after my eyes were dilated I waited outside the exam room for approx 30 minutes and I do understand that I know I had to wait for the drops to take effect, after that I was put in a room and I was told to wait a few minutes, well after waiting for approx 45 minutes I end up leaving with my pupils dilated and with no final exam. The wait was a bit longer than normal but that wasn't a big deal. The staff and Drs are always attentive and friendly. Great selection of glasses and always very clean and neat. more

Outstanding service! 7/13/2011

I had the best experience at St. John's eye today. They were able to see my children 6 & 4 and myself. Nikki was wonderful with the kids. She was able to keep them entertained while getting her job done. I was treat by a women that was very kind and explained every step of each procedure. I then met with Dr. Diane who took her time with me, even though they had a ton of patients. She explained everything to me and was very willing to offer different suggestions for contacts. She then met with the kids and then was able to give me an in-depth explanation on my children and their eyes. I was a great experience and the fact that my kids were so well taken care if makes me even happier. Outstanding job everyone! more

I was taken back right away. The assistant was very nice. The gentleman who dispensed my contacts to me was very nice and answered all my questions. I also love the fall reminder card that spelled out my name that was awesome!Thanks more
