Corrected issues from a couple days before and did a GREAT job! 11/1/2011

I am following up on an earlier review I posted. There were a few issues on initial contact to include the lack of a supervisor present, a few uncleaned tracks and only brushing of screens, not washing of them. I received a call from customer service as a result of my review and the representative could not have been more friendly and helpful. He was dedicated to fixing the situation by redoing the work. Junior's crew came out, yes there were three of them, and they did a great job. Fortunately I was home and available as they arrived 90 minutes earlier than last scheduled. This was a bit inconvenient for me since I was working from home but better early than late or not at all. Due to the level of customer service and great attitudes of everyone at Squeeky Kleen, I would recommend them to my friend. more

Junior's Crew arrived early and I wasn't home, but they took the initiative to do the outside. They did the inside and even cleaned my bathroom mirrors, the glass shower door and the mirrors in my bedroom. What an extra and unexpected bonus!! The view to the outdoors is crystal clear now. I must say this was a huge difference from the company I used to use. Thanks, you guys did a great job. more

Alex and his team arrived just a little early and were ready to go! They worked efficiently and I barely noticed they were in the house. They even moved all of my daughter's stuffed animals out of her window seat and put them back exactly the way they were! After the summer monsoon, Fall cleaning in AZ isn't complete without Squeeky Kleen! more

The team came in went to work and completed the job with the best results. At 6:30 rain came through glad they have a week rain guarentee on the outside. Do not go to the others they are the best more
