I went in to check out the new palm pre phone. Both phones were not set properly and hand blinking screens. There were five employees there and no one knew how to fix this problem...

Excellent, friendly customer service and technical support. Juan Garcia, the tech who helped me, went out of his way to solve my problem and saved me lots of time and hassle. Sprint PCS is about as bad as the others 4/18/2006

Sprint cell phone service has messed me up many times. Their calls are constantly dropping and this is in middle of the city. It is outragous. Then they bill for all kind of things. I got one bill that charged me for an extra hour of nights and minutes that I never asked for. When I called the customer service representative said that it was refunded. So I asked where the same amount of a refund was issued for dropped calls. The bottom line of about 45 minutes of discussion at which point my phone dropped the call - she told me that it would not appear in my statement but would be on my account. Can anyone tell me what good a five dollar credit on my account will be if it doesn't get reflected in the amount I pay? more

A happy cell service experience 4/14/2006

I bought an upgraded cellphone at the Sprint Nextel at 631 Wilshire Blvd. in Santa Monica mainly because the store was convenient (on the edge of downtown and a nice walk from where I live). But the store has proved to have solid and reasonably fast service. I took my Samsung A920 back in because I couldn't upload photos from it to my computer. I had to wait 10 minutes for service, which I don't mind if the problem is solved, which it was. Turned out my cell didn't have the memory card that was supposed to come with it. The store didn't hassle me, which it could have. It installed a card, and now I'm happily uploading photos. more
