This Sprint store gave me the worst customer service that I have ever had in my 10 years eith Sprint. As a matter of fact, i am now going to drop my cell phone service and go with another company. I purchased an ANDROID phone on June 21,2011, and the customer service rep was not very personable, agreeable, or helpful. even when I asked the store MANAGER for assistance he ignored me as well. I spent over 2 hours in the store, and close to $300. The phone never worked correctly, and I took it back 2 days later. The same rep would NOT exchange the phone. I had problems again July 1,4,8,10th I finally decided to tell Sprint to take their phone and service and I am leaving.
