I needed help filing a claim for my lost/stolen phone and the store employee would not assist me. She gave me a phone number and a web address to file my claim. The phone number I called would not accept my phone #--I tried calling three separate times. the web site I tried filing my claim twice but when I got to the fourth of six steps it always gave me a page saying return to the home page. If Sprint and the insurance company are goiong to give such poor service what should I do? I did call the store @ 7:55 PM, but the recording said the store was closed, even though their hours are until 8 PM. I am very disappointed and angry. Now I have to go back to the store tomorrow and try to get someone to help me file my claim--as they refused to do tonight. Don't go to this Sprint store if you need any help.
