I've been to this store a couple of times already, but this previous time just pushed me over the edge.
I went to the store on a Sunday afternoon to wait 45 mins on line to be served by a ""customer service rep"". As I reached the counter, the lady was rude and didn't even look at me once, while typing my information in the computer. She wasn't even listening to my issue and quickly turned me over to the tech repair man.
I was with the repair man for over an hour explaining to him my problem with the new Iphone 4s with it not being able to transmit data, but can make calls/texts. He tried all the same things as the rep did, when i called Sprint the day before with this problem and told me to go to a store.
After not being able to fix the phone, he told me that I would have to replace it, but they currently had no iphones in stock in their store. He never offered to call a neighboring store to see if there were any in stock (which i know the forest hills one has, because i was there 2 days ago).
I then asked for any type of compensation for this inconvenience and he directed me back to the ""customer service rep"". She told me that she can't help me at all, even though i explained how I'm paying for an unlimited data plan with no way of using the data. Then walked away saying ""i have another customer to deal with"".
I was too distraught and angry to argue anymore and left the store furious at my wasted time with these representatives that obviously did not want to help.
I called Sprint again later that night and they were kind enough to help me out after hearing my story.
Morale of the story is that this store is HORRENDOUS with their service. I recommend that you do not go to this store. They are much more helpful on the phone or go to the Forest hills Sprint.
