Not the best Customer Service in the world... 4/27/2006

I've been actually going into the Sprint Stores recently to pay my cell phone bill. Last month I was working downtown Chicago so went to a location in that area. This month I went to the closest Sprint Store which is in Lansing, Illinois. I went in to pay my bill and couldn't help but notice the help all standing around doing nothing. When I said I wanted to pay my bill, the guy (tymaine or something like that) gave me a look like why was I bugging him. I did get the bill paid but I don't think I'll be going back to this Sprint Store to pay my cell phone bills in the near future. They need to learn proper Customer Service for everyone. more
