The Best Apartment I've Ever had 9/26/2017

I've lived in several apartment communities in Columbia and this one is by far THE BEST. No, we don't have connections for washer and dryer inside the apartment, but that saves me money on my electric and water bills each month. Management is amazing-miss Cheryle and paula work very hard for all of us. I got a good rate and a good lease. Apartments are in good condition for the age of the area. good location to interstates and activities. I will renew my lease every year here! I love it! more

Review on Springtree 3/30/2014

Springtree apartments charges too much for their apartments they don't come with washer dryer connections they have no balconies and everything you touch in the apartment falls apart they dont upgrade anything my AC unit went out twice they had to put a whole new one in my apartment I seem baby millipedes on my carpet there's even lizards all around the complex one even got inside my apartment they are always fixing on the water and it gets shuts off all around these apartments were built in 1986 and all the appliances are not up to date it's your choice if u wanna move here I loved that it was but stores and food places and everything was walking distance more

Springy Place to live 9/12/2005

Springtree Apartments is a wonderful place to live for your first home. They are conviently located near columbia mall and have a home like atmosphere. I really enjoyed living there. It is peaceful and all the neighbors are courteous. They really worked with me in getting my first apartment. All of my maintenance requests were handled timely. more
