Josh and Paul just finished a great job on fixing my sliding door that had come off the tracks. They always come when I call and will return when they locate a 40 yr. old part for the door. It works fine now but they want to be sure it continues to work. They didn't want payment but when I insisted, they said they would apply it to the next visit doing plumbing. They are always willing to search for parts that save me money and do what it takes to be sure their customers are happy. If a customer isn't happy, he/she must not be communicating with them while they're there.\r

Superior Service is well named. They returned to put on the part for the sliding glass door and fixed a plumbing problem in record time. If there is a difficult problem to figure out, they are like bulldogs that won't let go until they figure it out. Talk about tenacity! Then they left, honoring what they said last time, that they would apply the little I paid them then to their next visit.\r
