Poor Customer Service, acted like they didn't know the first thing about my air conditioning unit, the guy doing the job, dumbest guy ever (Jason, I hope you don't get him when you call) was on the phone texting while working on my unit, they didn't have the right parts or tools, it was just a bad overall experience, spring valley needs major help and new employee's if they plan to stay in business
