Before letting such rude people slander our business s name, we would like to get this story straight. The customer SPECIAL ORDERED a specific appliance that we did not have in stock (double wall oven) and observed the appliance being installed for over 1 and 1/2 hours, was asked for approval to damage the wood work (proffesionally trim the cabinets so the unit would fit perfectly), was shown how to operate the unit after it was installed and then, DAYS later, decided that the unit was the wrong appliance (said they ordered a wall oven/microwave combo... not really confusable, most would say), and decided to take it to court. The case was awarded in our favor ofcourse. Our establishment has been in business for a very long time. We have outlasted all other businesses in our category due to proffesionalism, quality, service, and customer satisfaction. So, do not only take our opinion in this case, but the Judge s as well, that in this case the customer was not always right.
