This PLACE is AWESOME! I came here to see a good friend, and enjoy some of the Super Bowl activities and it was GREAT this place is so nice that ESPN filmed some football events there, Garth Brooks did a concert, I meet Cam Newton, Dallas Clark and, Peyton Manning plus Anquan Boldin from AZ who now plays for the Ravens. The staff is very nice and polite when dealing with the customers, and I got a VIP tour of the facility and I went to all parts of the building and saw no pink slime, or saw any cockroaches ( proper spelling BTW) I also meet the owner and he was very polite and nice, in addition I have came back on several occasions after that and the owner treats me like family, if I have an issue with any staff or anything ( I know I wouldnâ??t) but if I did Damon has an open door policy. In fact after the Super Bowl events I won a 6 month free membership and the workout facility is top rate and I can say I have lost almost 10 pounds, as I want to come back due to how nice this place is, I also joined a volleyball league here and a zumba class, you get a top rate facility, staff that will but most places to shame and an owner that not only is an owner but plays in most of the leagues at the sport zone, I mean how many places can you go to and be standing next to the CEO, who talks to you like a person and listens to your questions, comments, I can say I have never had this level of commitment to each customer and visitor. This place is a joke. The treat customers like crap as well as employees.The staff is very rude and not knowledgable at all, but that is prob due to the fact they cant keep anyone employed because they treat everyone like crap. The kitchen is dirty and the ice machine has cock roach feces in it and pink slime. the courts need to be updated also and the owner Damon Daniels is the biggest dick head ever, all he wants is money. more

I have to agree that this place is a rip off. I would run as far away as possible in the other direction. They will not let you cancel your account for 2 months, and that is if they don't lose your cancellation form and blame you that they lost it. I felt that the staff was very dishonest and unprofessional. There were always children playing in the fitness room, and the fitness classes lacked variety. My biggest complaint by far, though, is the business's lack of integrity. more
