Best fitness boot camp in Chico! 10/12/2010

I have done a handful of the boot camps with Roland and all I can say is, WOW! What a great and fun way to get into shape! The workouts are tough but everyone encourages each other through it and you really get that family feel. I have always had trouble sticking to an exercise program but I think this one just might do it! more
