I ordered a large amount of custom shirts. When picked up, the shirts were a different color than what was specified. The employee agreed. I talked to the manager and asked for the shirts to be remade, as they were clearly different from what I asked for. He refused, and even went as far as saying my design was poor and he changed it ""for the better."" He never notified me of the said change and blamed everything on me. But of course, how could his stupidity not be my fault? No discount was given. He was rude and ended up screaming. The manager clearly doesn't understand how to run a business. When you talk to him, be sure to talk slowly. Maybe he'll understand better that way.
