One of the coolest OLD TIME sporting goods store around. My youth baseball team need uniforms, bags, hats - the whole enchilda and we were not only able to get our stuff in early but under budget. Everything was excellent. Service was superb and the quality of the uniforms was excellent. Would highly recommend them.\r \r And if you want a selection of local spirit wear, there is no place that can match this place.\r \r Highly satisfied. Would recommend. more

We ordered baseball uniforms from Sports 11. My son's jersey came in with faulty screening. I took it to the store and the owner said he would replace it and could not understand how it was send out in the first place. After I had already spoken to him the rest of the team began having issues with their jerseys as well. After a significant amount of complaining the owner agreed to contact the shirt manufacturer. They agreed to replace the shirts. The owner of sports 11 still wanted the team to pay to have the printing done. Everyone agreed it was better than nothing so we took him up on the offer. When my son's jersey arrived it was the wrong size and too small. I called to request another jersey since they messed up again and the owner refused. He offered to refund that one jersey and was not willing to make another jersey. That is not an acceptable solution as 11 of the 12 boys on the team have that jersey. I asked him how he could admit he messed up twice and just say he was not going to fix it. he basically said he did not care and refunding one jersey was all he was willing to do. I told him I was going to contact the BBB and he did not really care. When I went to the BBB site he already has the lowest rating a business can get. Very unethical in the way they do business. At the very least I want other consumers to know what sort of business this is. more

Do not do business with this store because they are unprofessional and changed my order without informing or consulting with me. When I picked up my order and found that they used a different color t-shirt than what I specified, the person insisted that the event wasn't a big deal and that I was wasting my time trying to get him to fix it. He did not apologize and did not admit that he made a mistake by changing my order without my consent. He was very rude and refused to do anything about it. They say they can customize, and they surely will....as they freely change your order at their own discretion!! more

I ordered a large amount of custom shirts. When picked up, the shirts were a different color than what was specified. The employee agreed. I talked to the manager and asked for the shirts to be remade, as they were clearly different from what I asked for. He refused, and even went as far as saying my design was poor and he changed it ""for the better."" He never notified me of the said change and blamed everything on me. But of course, how could his stupidity not be my fault? No discount was given. He was rude and ended up screaming. The manager clearly doesn't understand how to run a business. When you talk to him, be sure to talk slowly. Maybe he'll understand better that way. more
