I just spent $135.00 today to have them take two days to replace a leaky fuel hose as they told me because it cuts out when driving it only to have it cut out on the way home several times. When I called back the guy said,"" Were really backed here buddy there's nothing I can do for you today"". And their closed for the next two days so I'm screwed having to take a day off from work that I can't afford just so these guys can do their job right. This is wrong. They got my $135.00 dollars tho. more

This is the last time I'm taking my scooter there. Seems more interested in doing sales than servicing their work. They did a tune up in the fall and now scooter having some problems. This scooter was ridden most of the mild winter, so being told it's probably bad gas seems like an excuse. Considering my family has several scooters being ridden and getting gassed up together with none of the rest having any problems. How about showing some customer service by saying we'll be happy to look at it and make sure it's ok since we recently just serviced it. I have heard many people tell me they want to sell scooters more than service but didn't listen. more

Knowledgeable and Friendly 7/19/2010

I've had only good experiences with the guys at Sportique. They're honest with me, even though I didn't buy my scooter there. They've quoted me fair and usually cheap prices for work done, and usually have parts that I need. I needed a key for my zuma. They didn't have the part at this branch. I went down to the other one and they cut it for me for free for coming all the way down there. Key is working very well, considering that it's not a yamaha key and that two other keys failed. This shop is what you want in a neighborhood business, friendly and knowledgeable but rough enough around the edges to have some personality. Pros: Great Location, No BS Cons: Not much display room more

Excellent Service - Quality Staff 7/1/2009

I've been going to Sportique since 2002 and have always had great service and support from them. If you have questions, ask them and they will be answered. They'll be honest about the strengths and weaknesses of scooters both modern and vintage. They'll be honest in what can be done to improve your scooter should you want it or need repairs. Pros: Most knowledgable staff when it comes to scooters more

They'll be honest about the strengths and weaknesses of scooters both modern and vintage. They'll be honest in what can be done to improve your scooter should you want it or need repairs. Don't expect to be treated like royalty though. The staff are there to put you on the scooter that's right for you - not to bow and scrape before you. Go in there acting like Queen Muck and they're treat you they way you treat them. I've been there when a customer has come in to complain, too. They'll do the best can for you and bend over backwards to get the situation set straight as long as your respectful. Act like and prat, and you'll be treated like one. This place is THE PLACE to get a quality scooter and have a staff that that KNOWS how to fix them properly. The best place in Denver for scooters without a doubt. These guys are the real deal! 6/12/2009

I've been a customer of Sportique for close to 9 years now and they have always been good to me! It's nice to know that in a time when "scooter shops" are popping up left and right selling cheap plastic toys, there is still a place I can recommend to people who want a fair deal on a scooter they will be happy with. Keep it up guys! Pros: Expert knowledge, quality worksmanship! more

They ARE rude... 6/9/2009

The plethora of fake reviews here is staggering and only proves how these negative reviews must be so correct. Look at how they are posted one day after another or on the same days even. Look at how they usually mention Collin by name! I called Colorado PowerSports for a price on a Scooter. They quoted me $100 UNDER MRSP ON THE ROAD!! At Sportique it was $500 ABOVE MRSP!! Bottom line, these guys are unethical crooks. Avoid! PS. Take a look at Craigslist trying to sell their second hand scooters for MORE than other dealers are selling BRAND NEW models for! That's because they bought them at Sportique! Pros: Good range, quality machines... Cons: About 34% more expensive than other dealers more

Sportique keeps growing and getting better 2/18/2009

I have been visiting Sportique in the Highlands for many years and I have always found that location to be an incredibly friendly place. They fix old scooters like my Vespa and stock parts for it, too, and have since the late 90's. Now they have a location at S Broadway and Quincy which is more convenient for me. I am very impressed with the place. It's far larger that the Highlands location and it's well staffed. They incorporated Toy Shop Racing - a goped dealership - into the store and hired a guy named Ray Kite to run it. Ray is the nicest and most helpful guy you could ever hope to meet. Sportique seems to be dedicated to customer service more than ever before. This is a real local business that we should be proud of. Look around the city at all the wanna-bees trying to be like Sportique. If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery the guys there must be blushing. more

Sportique is THE best scooter shop in Denver. 7/12/2008

The owner, Colin, told me that it is his mission in life to please scooterists. I took my 50cc Vespa to Sportique to get it upgraded to 70cc. Colin took great care of me. Sportique got the parts ordered and installed quickly, communicated well to keep me updated on the status of the job, and the scooter is awesome now that the kit is installed. Everyone I talked to there (Colin, the parts guy, a couple of sales guys, and the mechanic who did the work) were all super friendly and more than happy to answer all of my questions. Colin lives up to his word that it is his mission in life to please scooterists. I'd highly recommend going to Sportique for all of your scootering needs. Sportique is Awesome! Pros: Great customer service, Best mechanics in town. Cons: None. more
