While the gym is nice, the staff is HORRIBLE. When we signed up, we were told by Beverly that if we moved it would be easy to cancel our membership. We moved an hour away from any location and they would not even consider letting us cancel our membership. We even spoke to Beverly again, who told us to call Brad Scott and explain our situation to him and he would let us cancel, but he was rude as well.
So we switched to the cheapest membership, considering we aren't even close enough to use any of the locations. After we switched, a couple months later we found out that they renewed the 2 years of our contract, without ever telling us. They said it was in the disclaimer in the email, however the email says "changes MAY be made". I've been contacting their accounting people and they have been NOTHING close to helpful. I am SO incredibly mad about the way they are handling this situation. It is completely unprofessional. I've asked for a corporate phone number about 5 times now and have been ignored every single time.
