\r I'm the owner of Sport Court of Austin. We are soon to be starting our 34th year of doing business in Austin. We have built the backyard game court business in Austin by taking great pains to provide the highest quality products to our many thousands of Sport Court families over the years. \r \r The highest form of compliment is to be imitated and, with the advent of online competition, I guess we will have to be more diligent in our vetting out the truth regarding customer comments on CitySearch. Tipster Jerry R. has only placed one comment on CitySearch since his comment was placed in January of this year. He has seen fit to criticize our products and encourage you to look elsewhere. Unfortunately, Jerry R. is actually a new competitor that is trying to get some traction by scaring folks away from Sport Court. CitySearch apparently cannot do much about these sort of things, but this same company has commented on other Sport Court dealer sites across the country in a similar manner. Please do not be fooled into thinking that Sport Court of Austin represents anything less than the highest quality and superior customer service. It is guys like Jerry that give the court building business a black eye.\r \r But we do encourage you to do your homework and check us out thoroughly. We can show you courts that we built 30 years ago that look great and are still performing as promised. more

After looking into the Sport Court product and some of their courts that have been in for a few years, we decided to go with another company in town with much better performance and features in their courts. Do your homework first and shop around, they used to be the only choice. more

I want to thank you for sending your crew out to replace the light fixtures on my Sport Court game court. After 22 years, they finally needed replacing! I continue to be impressed with the quality & longevity of your products & surfacing & have watched over the years as you have continued to improve what you offer.\r \r I have been in the Austin real estate market for over 30 years. I have experienced the market in boom & bust cycles, so I am constantly being asked about real estate as an investment and what improvements to a home offer the best return. When I think about the Sport Court in my own back yard and the hundreds of courts your company has installed in other fine austin homes, it is my opinion that it is one of the best investments a family can make in a home. \r \r when an agent secures a listing on a home with a Sport Court in it, I know they will have a much easier time finding a buyer for that house than a similar home with a swimming pool. Due to the expense, maintenance or risks to young children associated with pool ownership, there is a large segment of the ,market that does not want one. As a result, residential property appraisers rarely give a homeowner more than a fraction of the cost of a pool at resale time. But I have not seen that with a Sport Court. You will always have a large market segment of families to appeal to. \r \r My family has enjoyed the Sport court and I commend you and your company for this fine work you have done to bring more fun and rewards to home ownership!\r \r \r \r more

I am writing to tell you how much our sport court has meant to my family over the 14 years that we have had it. I was not that excited many years ago when my husband wanted to dig up our backyard and put it in. However, after the 14 years of use, I feel I could be a salesperson for your company! more

The Sport Court you installed several years ago is still in good shape and looks barely used. After the kinds of temperature & climate changes we experience, it is truly an amazing experience. more

It occurred to me that I needed to provide you with an update to the current use and enjoyment of our splendid Sport Court! We've now entered the second \r decade of its use here at my house. The first few years were given over primarily to basketball for my two sons, who have now grown up, left the house and started their own families. The good news however, has to do with the utilization of the facility by our eight grandchildren! \r \r No matter what the weather, they can get on the Sport Court with their little tricycles or two, three and four wheelers and play all sorts of race games. When they are not riding bikes, the older boys are out shooting baskets (because of the wonderful ability to lower the 10 foot basket down to about 7 feet). \r \r I am delighted to report that this is the first place the children run when they get to the house - it's the place from which we have to sometimes literally haul them off when it's time to eat supper, go to bed or return to their homes. \r \r Thanks again for your great help in getting this significant enhancement added to our property! more

I do regret that I did not contract with Sport Court of Austin to make our basketball court. In my attempt to save money I ended up sacrificing quality & regreting my decision. more

Thank You for the work that you completed on my Sport Court. It was done professionally & efficiently as usual! I am selling my home and having the Sport Court adds to the value of it. My children have enjoyed the court so much! They have spent many hours playing games and shooting baskets. We have also enjoyed it. \r \r I feel that this has contributed to both my children's success in atheletics in high school. There are no other companies that I know of who keep up with their client's lives and show interest & pride in those lives the way you have always done over the years. \r \r Any time that I have needed something done for the Sport Court such as replacing a light or new equipment during the last 23 years, your response was immediate.
