Spirit West Motor Carriage

They had my car for 4 weeks!! Just front end suspension work. I know for a fact that shouldn't take that long. Very disappointed with them. Will never go back or recommend them to anyone! more

Thanksgiving eve, 2009, a deer leapt out in front of my SUV from the dark of a tree farm. At the recommendation of a family member who is really into cars, I had my car towed to Spirit West. Not only did they finish my car in less time than they originally estimated, but the cost was dead-on, even though they did some additional work. They even found the same brush guard so my vehicle looked at least as good as it did before the deer encounter. THANKS! more

My husband had taken a car of his here they were very fast at figuring out his transmission was going out and gave a very fair price to fix it. They took it to the shop to repair it and gave him a rental car for the day. By the end of the day they called him and it was ready. They charged him exactly as they had quoted and it was totally fixed. He did not have any more problems after that and they gave him a warranty on it too for any future problems they would take care of it.They did very good work and they have great prices more

I took my vehicle to four different body shops today to get an estimate. The estimates ranged from $154 at Spirit West, to $1900 at Acura. The top three were all within about $500 of each other. That's still a lot of variability, but not anywhere near as discrepant as the one from Spirit West. The major difference was that all of the three others said my whole muffler needed to be replaced and Spirit West was just going to bend it back into place. Now this might obtain the lowest estimate for them, but it left me with no confidence in them, and made me leery of their ability to judge what needs to be done, considering all three other places all said the muffler needed to be replaced. So if you want a low estimate, try them, but be wary of what you might get. more
