Spider-Bite

i had my belly button pierced here a week ago. i would not recommend this place at all. first of all the girl at the front desk was on her phone texting the whole time. they rushed you in and out and didnt fully explain the healing and aftercare process. my piercing even came out crooked and i am so annoyed since i spent $76 here!! i almost walked out with my release form as well and wasnt given my aftercare sheet since the girl at the front desk was too preoccupied with her phone. i wouldnt recommend anyone coming here. more

I came here for my first professional tattoo last week.....to say the least, it was an awesome experience. Jeff did mine and my sister's tattoos. He was awesome....love his style! The shop was very clean which is definitely a big thing to look for. I also got my tragus bar switched out. They had a huge selection of jewelry...much bigger and MUCH nicer quality than i've seen in other places. Prices are relatively cheap as far as jewelry goes....$25 for a bar (including them putting it in for me). As for the rest of the staff, they are incredible...didn't catch the guy behind the front desk's name, but he was awesome. Very nice and helpful, and if he didnt have an answer, he made sure to get it from someone else. I keep seeing reviews from people saying that it's dumb to have all of these services in one shop (hair, nails, limo service, tanning, tattoo and piercing) but why not be marketable?! Myself being a hairdresser, I find it incredibly smart to have a hair salon as a part of a tattoo shop.....someone could easily spend a day there....get some new ink, a manicure, tan and get a haircut. Sounds like a good way to spend an afternoon to me! Regardless, his place is awesome. If you are in the Manchester area, it is ABSOLUTELY worth checking out. I'll be back next month for my next tattoo :) more

Hi, when i went in there i had excellent customer service but there was not alot of books to look at just in case you didn't know what you want. but i would go back, its 20 for shampoo cut dry and style. more
